  • 50% equity if salary is in another currency

  • For purchases through a broker: Exposé

  • For private purchases: Land register extract, floor plan, energy certificate, interior and exterior photos

  • For construction: Building plan, elevation plan, land register extract of the plot, calculation or building offer

Additional purchase costs (vary by province):

  • Property transfer tax 6–10%

  • Stamp duty 1–1.5%

  • Notary and land register fee 0.1–2%

  • *Commission 2.5–7% – included in the purchase price and paid by the seller
